We are so excited to have Liz Crawford join our family on Wednesday nights at 6:00pm starting THIS Wednesday, September 4th. She is offering a Subtle Yoga. Subtle Yoga moves students through very accessible and adaptable yoga poses. Subtle Yoga is rooted in thousands of years of very simple principles and practices for health and transformation. Whether it’s general physical flexibility or basic relaxation tools a student is seeking, Subtle Yoga can help facilitate this on any level for any person. The approach is holistic and allows anyone to realize the deeper, more contemplative aspects of yoga while fostering and improving overall health, regardless of individual ability or circumstance. While this is very much a beginner-friendly class, more advanced posture options will be available for intermediate students who may attend. ALL are welcome! The class is $10
